I didn’t grow up watching what “healthy” looked like every day. I didn’t always have the kind of role models that showed me how to handle life the right way, love the right way, or even believe in myself the right way. And for a long time, I used to think that put me behind.
But now? I see it differently.
Growing up without strong examples didn’t break me—it built me.

And the truth is… I wouldn’t trade my story.
Because without it, I wouldn’t be who I am today.
Strong.
Confident.
Consistent.
Independent.
I didn’t just grow up—I grew through it.
And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this:
