🐾 October 29th: When Your Passed Pets Come Back to Check If You’ve Been Behaving

Every year around October 29th, things start feeling a little spooky — not the horror-movie kind, but the “wait… did the ghost of my dog just fart?” kind.

They say it’s the time of year when the veil between worlds gets thin, and honestly, I believe it. Because that random meow you hear at 2 a.m.? Probably your old cat coming back to make sure you’re still filling the food bowl to the correct level of perfection.

Dogs? Oh, they definitely visit. You’ll be sitting there, minding your business, and suddenly your blanket smells faintly like wet fur and unconditional love. That’s not your imagination — that’s Buddy making sure you still take walks and occasionally drop snacks on the floor.

And let’s not forget the smaller pets. You might think it’s the AC vent, but that mysterious rustle in the corner? Could be the ghost of your hamster, speed-running the afterlife. 🐹💨

October 29th isn’t about being scared — it’s about laughing at the idea that our pets love us so much, they’d crawl out of heaven just to make sure we haven’t replaced them with a Roomba.

So if you feel a little tail brush your leg, or you catch a tennis ball rolling across the floor for no reason, just say, “Alright, I see you, Fluffy. Miss you too.” Maybe light a candle or leave a treat out. You never know who’s sniffing around from the other side.

Because honestly, if ghosts are real, there’s no way our pets aren’t leading the pack — probably shedding all over the afterlife and stealing everyone’s snacks. 🕯️🐾
